Real Weddings
Planning a wedding can be tough, but when you have the perfect venue it makes things a lot easier.
Terry and Lorraine Quinn Garvock House Hotel Dunfermline know all about that – they got married there themselves on Saturday 19th March 2022.
If you’re looking for a romantic setting a truly magical old house with huge amounts of charm, this is definitely the place for you.
The evening opened with the happy couple’s first dance which was a song by Boy George & Culture Club – Life. Click here to listen.
Once it got dark enough for some dancing in (which had been transformed into an intimate dance floor), everyone went crazy!
The Dirty Martinis band put on another great show throughout the evening keeping the dance floor busy with our lively tunes. Bride Lorraine enjoyed dancing with close family and friends and Terrys workmates.
The hotel has plenty of history, Garvock House stood in the heart of an ancient town but its secluded landscaped gardens promised peaceful privacy. It was a unique mix of old and new. With a 200-year-old history, the house was an authentic setting for traditional Scottish weddings, and its neutral decor made it an impeccable choice for modern themes.
The evening’s festivities came to a close with Terry and Lorraine Quinn’s wedding. The Dirty Martinis band played all traditional songs, as well as some favourites that were specially tailored for their special day!
Once again many thanks and all the best from the guys in the band.
